The event at Road America marked a major milestone for us, filled with hard-earned achievements and unforgettable moments! Not only have we been steadily climbing the ranks, but we also shattered the RWD class record with a blistering 2:16.707 lap time.  It wasn’t smooth sailing, though. Early sessions were tough due to unexpected issues, our differential programming was erased, which caused the electronic LSD to malfunction. As a result, the car couldn’t fully perform during the initial runs. But once we resolved the programming glitch, everything clicked. Gridlife Mid-Ohio – The Monsoon Event!

The weekend at Mid-Ohio was nothing short of dramatic and very wet. Practice sessions on Thursday and Friday were met with severe thunderstorm warnings that delayed track time and created less than ideal conditions. Still, we managed to get a few wet laps in, giving us our first real-world data on the car in rainy conditions and a shot at a podium if the skies stayed gray. The weekend followed a classic time attack format, fastest lap wins. Once we finally had a window of dry conditions, we laid down a solid 1:30.6 lap.
